    Working for this leading global service provider, this is an exciting opportunity to work as an on-site Training Manager at their prestigious site in Cheshire.

    Your Role

    Youll assess, develop and deliver customer service training to all on-site employees to ensure they are delivering a world-class customer service. Youll work closely with the operations team to revise training needs and deliver bespoke training to support the operational direction of the business.

    About You

    From a hospitality, catering or retail background youll have a proven track record in driving customer service standards through training. With the Group Training Certificate youll be an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service and people development.
