Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor New Build Design and Build
As the successful Quantity Surveyor you will be based out of my clients offices in North/West London
I am currently working with a medium sized prestigious Main Contractor who undertakes several prestigious design and build and new build projects. Examples of projects which my client is undertaking at the moment are Medical Centres, Luxury Housing, Flats/Residential and Commercial projects. Typically projects are valued at between 1.5million and 2.5 million
My client has asked me to source an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on a new project that they have just been awarded. The project consists of the design and build of a mixed residential and retail development based in the London area.
To be successful in this role you must be a team player, good communicator, enthusiastic and a keen problem solver. As the Quantity Surveyor you will be required to maintain client relationships as you will be acting on behalf of my client
Last year my clients turnover was 23million, this year my clients projected/targeted turnover is 30milllion. This is an ideal opportunity for the successful applicant to join a Main Contractor who has an outstanding portfolio of projects as well as a healthy pipeline of future projects.
What will they pay the successful Quantity Surveyor? 33,000 - 38,000 per annum plus benefits

Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years UK Quantity Surveying experience
Main Contractor background with construction project experience
Design and Build project experience would be desirable however is not essential
JCT forms of contract experience is essential
BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or a Construction related subjectContact Email
