We are looking for IT Service Management Consultants who possess a wealth of experience of working within the ITSM industry. This role will involve delivering "hands on" implementation throughout various areas including technical, process and business. Therefore, you will be well versed within the IT industry and will have a well grounded appreciation of RDBMS technology. You will have experience of working within a similar capacity and will have been responsible for ITSM processes within a Service Desk environment. Due to the nature of our clients business, individuals who are ITIL Manager (Red Badge) accredited are encouraged to apply. This role will involve extensive travel throughout the UK, Europe and potentially worldwide destinations, therefore, you will be comfortable with this level of travel commitments.
