A ground-breaking healthcare communications agency has an exceptional opportunity for an Account Director to join their vibrant Oxfordshire based office. You will be leading some of the most exciting UK & International accounts, being the first point of contact for major Pharmaceutical clients. With expertise in unique brand and marketing strategies, this is a fantastic agency to work for!

As the Account Director, you will be solely responsible for managing client accounts to consistently high standards, whilst developing strategic campaigns and motivating people to achieve their best results. You will also be accountable for delegating projects and actions to specific teams, checking that work created by other departments meets the strict time and budget requirements; exceeding client expectations.

To succeed in this Account Director role, it is vital that you have a strong background in Account Management within a Medical Communications agency. This opening would ideally suit a Senior Account Manager or Account Director who is looking to diversify and push forward their career. He/she will have an excellent academic record within a life sciences or similar discipline. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are to be expected.
