Meridian Business Support is one of the UK's leading and largest independent Recruitment Consultancies. Established in 1989 and operating from approximately 80 branches, we are a talented team of specialists who recruit within seven vertical markets.



Due to the continued success, we are now looking for an additional person to join our well-establishedM&E Construction team. You will be tasked with supporting the branch and management of key accounts within the business.



With our excellent reputation within theM&E market, we're looking for someone who will be able to maintain and develop existing client and candidate relationships; whilst also recognising new business opportunities.





Key responsibilities:



* Identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Building a partnership with new and existing clients
* Networking from the current database
* Achieving revenue and KPI targets
* Arrange appointments with key decision makers
* On site visits are carried out to gain information with a view to creating business opportunities
* Face to Face presentations with prospective clients
* Sourcing and screening candidates





Background requirements:



* Proven Recruitment experience is essential, as you will be running a busy recruitment desk
* Knowledge of theM&E sector is highly advantageous
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent networking and influencing skills
