SALARY: to �80,000 + �20k bonus
Account Manager / Service Delivery Manager is required by our IT Services / Outsourcing client to manage/develop relationships within their retail industry client base.
Working as the key point of contact for large accounts within the retail space you will work as engagement manager / delivery manager ensuring both the successful delivery of projects and the growth of accounts through the identification on up/cross sell opportunities.
To be considered you will have experience of working in a similar position - ideally for a Tier 1-2 IT Services company, managing relationships and delivery of off/on shore projects for clients in the retail space. Naturally first class stakeholder management and communication skills are essential for the role.
