Due to organic growth and private investment they are experiencing a significant increase in revenue and sales. As a result they are now expanding their Account Management department and recruiting a Business Development Executive. The successful applicant will join a professional, talented and proactive team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience within a rapidly growing, industry and leading company.
The main areas of the role are listed below;
* Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
* Planning and preparing presentations
* Establishing and maintaining working relationships
* Communicating our product to prospective clients
* Cold calling and generating your own opportunities
* Assist the development of marketing literature
* Providing management with market feedback.
The Business Development Manager needs:
* Good business sense
* Understanding about their market and competitors' products
* Good communications skills, both writing and verbally
* To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* A positive attitude
* Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness
* Confidence presenting to large groups of people
