This is an excellent opportunity for a recent supply chain graduate with 2/3 yrs experience to develop their career in a major international company.

THE ROLE:
* Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will take key responsibility for administrating the quantities of product purchased from suppliers across the world.
* Capturing order information using the current in-house systems, and SAP at a later stage.
* Liaising on a daily basis with suppliers, the Production Team and working towards a common production goal for clients as part of the Supply Chain Department.
* Working with suppliers to ensure deliveries arrive on time.
* Ensuring lean working capital at all times.


REQUIREMENTS:
* Diploma or higher in a Business / Supply Chain related subject.
* Previous Administrative experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
* The successful candidate will possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* The individual most possess excellent computer skills (Excel (Pivot Tables) / Word / PowerPoint / Lotus Notes), and ideally SAP or similar ERP experience.
