CLINICAL TRIAL ASSOCIATE/ CTA
Office-based in Warsaw

Our global Pharma client is looking for a Clinical Trial Associate to work office-based in Warsaw. You would be working directly with the client full-time although your employment will come via inVentiv Health Clinical (formally Pharmanet-i3). We offer a salary and full benefits including a company car.



Your Profile:

You hold a Degree, or equivalent, have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Poland, a basic knowledge of clinical drug development, GCP/ ICH and SOP governance, you are able to perform in a regulated environment, you are familiar with computer applications (MS office), your Polish is fluent and your English is very good;



Your Challenge:

The CTA

* coordinates, prepares and tracks clinical trial regulatory documentation, ensures timelines are met and the dossiers are complete according to key performance indicators, SOPs, Regulatory requirements;
* Communicates with sites/investigators for study related issues and documentation;
* Coordinates the process for Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and clinical trial budgets, maintains tracking in databases for all trials and coordinates clinical trial payments process, maintains trial budgets;
* Coordinates and organizes local and International Investigators' meetings, other team meetings;
* Prepares materials for CRA trainings, study tools for sites and CRAs, presentations, and other material;
* processes Investigator Notifications for Adverse Event Reporting within regulatory timeline guidance;
* Creates recruitment plans and contingency plans for the working projects;
* Interacts with Clinical Trial Team providing updates on projects and providing input into trial databases;
