Experiemced CNC Setters, Programmers and Operators required for permenant work within the Yeovil area of Somerset.

The roles have the following responsibilites and requirements:

Setting up and operation of machines as directed by supervisor

* Working to manufacturing controls checklist and operations manual
* Continually making attempts to improve productivity and work methods
* Working to COSHH regulations and being aware of risk assessments and work procedures
* Stamping and deburring components appropriately
* Being responsible for individual quality of work
* Ensuring all items removed from store are documented correctly and all tooling is returned to store when not in use
* Ensuring equipment is maintained in good working order and faults reported immediately to supervisor
* Ensuring own safety and safety of others in working practices
* Ensuring lifting equipment is used safely and stored appropriately when not in use
* Keeping work areas tidy and free from obstacles
* Assisting new starts in training

Essential Requirements

* Previous Manufacturing Experience
* CNC Programming
* Health and Safety Awareness

Desired Requirements

* Previous experience of API Threading and Ring Groves
* Time Served
* Abrasive Wheels
* Lifting and Slinging
* Manual Handling
* Able to work shift work including Nightshift
