NonStop Pharma Recruitment is working very closely with a European CRO that has just opened operations in the UK. This company is looking for a CRA2 that can work closely with the UK country manager in the development of studies and growth of the UK team.
This company is a medium size European entity that has a passion for quality in clinical research, this means that CRA's that work for this company are fully involved in the management of the protocols, therefore not just monitoring but also start-up activities.
The company is very successful and the team will grow by another 4 people this year alone, so if you join now you have a change to grow with the team.
The company is looking for a Clinical Research Associate that has a passion for attention to detail and wants a challenge in a new company that is focused on Quality.
The main requirements for this role are:
* Good trial monitoring experience
* Excellent communication skills
* A minimum of 18 months experience as a CRA
