Change Manager / Business Project Manager -Harrow, £65000 - £75000 + excellent bonus, good benefits package. Established client is looking for a Change Manager or Business Project Manager to play a key role in supporting programmes to meet business, schedule and budget objectives. With an extensive understanding of PM tools and change methodologies you will have previously come from an environment where you have to faster adoption, implement greater ultimate utilization and higher proficiency on changes impacting employees in the organization such that business results are maximised.

Typical roles and responsibilities include -

oDevelop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
oApply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by programmes, projects and change specific activities.
oIdentify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate and address the concerns.
oConduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
oDevelop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans - including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
oSupport the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.

To be considered you will have -

*Experience in Change Management.
*Experience running Business Projects.
*Extensive Project Management experience.
*Proven ability managing large change projects.
*Proven experience of managing multiple stakeholders and vendors.
*Previously worked in a role where you have been the interface between the business and IT.
*Project / Change methodology experience would be a big advantage.
*Digital / Financial Services / Retail experience would be beneficial.

Personally you will be a disciplined thinker and capable of working across organisational boundaries in a very demanding, high-output environment. You will have excellent leadership capabilities and be recognised as a mentor and coach to less experienced Business Analysts. Must be pro-active, adaptable and results driven. You will be a team player who must be able to work under pressure, juggle multiple projects, using own initiative and motivation to meet deadlines and set priorities without close supervision.
