You would lead a change team which will be placed at client sites within Stockholm working on projects with the development team. You would be the ambassador for continuous delivery at the customer. You would need to have a diplomatic approach as you would move between development and operations and test departments convincing people to change processes for the better.
Someone from a Java development background or Scrum Master / Project Manager experience would be ideal, someone who has perhaps lead scrum teams or developing processes or indeed someone who is currently in a Change manager role.
The assignments will be unique as they provide continuous delivery projects to their clients, they are a small company who are competing successfully with the major players in Sweden.
