* 706/1 & 706/2 or equivalent
* Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
* Ability to communicate effectively at all level in verbal & written forms
* Good level of English essential
* DBS certification desirable
* Awareness of COSHH regulations
Tasks will include;
1 Preparing meals meeting unit guidelines with specific dietary requirements, including prescribed diets.
2 Ensuring food is prepared , cooked and served to an acceptable standard, compiling with unit guidelines i.e.; Low salt, fat and sugar.
3 Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of catering equipment, reporting any defects as required.
4 Recording and monitoring of all fridge and freezer temperatures, reporting and auctioning faults appropriately.
5 To assist in the preparation for functions as they occur.
