Very key role for this Far East headquartered company; expanding into Europe/ME and urgently looking to take on a Chief Representative reporting directly to the Vice President.  Main purposes of the role:

* To be Chief Representative of Group to protect the best interests of business operations in Israel
* To be engaged in investment and acquisition projects in Israel
* To support globalization initiatives and affairs of Group

Main responsibilities
* To screen and evaluate international M&A opportunities focusing in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry within Israel
* To lead and execute M&A project process (including: conducting feasibility studies, drafting project intent framework, monitoring legal, financial, due diligence advice and processes, advising and soliciting terms and conditions, participating in negotiations, and finalizing M&A agreement)
* To promote and influence completion of transaction(s)
* To coordinate and participate in project management after completion of transaction(s)
* To be involved in and to support other globalization affairs of company (that may include: license transaction, VC fund raising and JV opportunities evaluation) at Group level

Main requirements
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Healthcare, or related disciplines (MBA is definite plus)
* Strong exposure and knowledge in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry and market of Israel with solid commercial experience of which some has been spent in senior management positions in healthcare and pharmaceutical companies - if working experience in healthcare and pharmaceutical industry is NOT possessed, then exposure in financial institutes focusing in investment in pharmaceutical industry is required instead 
* Strong industry connection and ability to spot and discover investment opportunities (through M&A or JV)
* Strong sense of achievement to drive projects forward
