This Clinical Research Head role for a midsized Pharma specialised in Epilepsy clinical development is a fantastic opportunity to gain an influential role, driving the commercialisation of these products. Highly focused on emerging markets, this role is ideal for a medical director with strategic experience in setting the annual department strategy and budgets whilst also able to effectively manage a team of direct reports. Reporting into the board of directors you'll find this a highly viable role.

Key Responsibilities will include:

* Oversight of the clinical development from phase's I-III within CNS and other therapeutic areas.
* Annual preparation of the strategic plan and department budgets
* Search and selection of external vendors/ CROs to work with whilst also managing existing partnerships.
* Line management of a team of project managers and medical monitors.

Salary EUR 120,000 +
