Opportunity
The Company specialise in the management of Funds in private equity, private debt, private real estate and private infrastructure. Key Tasks of the role involve
* Understanding Guernsey regulatory rules and ensuring Guernsey regulations are being followed
* Monitoring, completing checks and updating of regulatory task lists for Guernsey which lists on-going regulatory obligations
* Reviewing, updating and amending existing policies and manuals to ensure compliance with Guernsey legislation
* Conducting AML oversight and working with the MLRO's team to ensure AML compliance and organizing appropriate training
* Liaising with the GFSC and being the point person for external compliance communications
* Working closely with the Compliance Officer in London and ad-hoc support as required by the Head of Group Compliance
Key Requirements
* A Lawyer or someone with 3 years compliance experiencein a Financial Services institution
* Experience with GFSC rules
* A service and quality orientates person with strong analytical skills.
* Fluent in English
* Ability to also travel to London and Switzerland office semi regularly
