My client, a leading CRO is looking for someone with strong leadership and Data Management skills to join their team in Germany. This position as a Team Leader of Data Operations is a great step to make towards developing you career to greater heights as you will gain experience in people & project management, process, operations and budget management with a global Data management department. Not only will you gain further skills and experience from this position but my client is known for devising personal professional plans for their employees and facilitating their needs and wishes to progress up the career ladder.

This position as Data Operations Leader will see you taking an overall leadership and management position for programming, data integration, data processing and statistical services on a project / program. You will be involved in the coordination of the Data Operations team members and their activities across all geographies. You will be required to liaise with project leadership, other functional leaders and the client as a single point of contact to ensure that the Data Operations deliverables with regard to timelines, quality, and productivity are being met. The Date Operations Leader has overall accountability for the execution of the Data Operations strategy and the eTrial data set-up for the project.
