The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a highly motivated, flexible and dynamic Product Planning team responsible for demand management, product planning and allocation of branded products.


THE ROLE:
* Manages the demand/supply management process and provides strong input into the demand forecasting process
* Ensures appropriate supply of products to meet business goals regarding units, revenue, margin and inventory levels.
* Analyses bookings, billings, sell-through and backlog trends, promotions and incentive programs to plan current and future build and delivery schedules.
* Initiates resolution of all product, revenue and availability issues.
* Drives product and supply issues across the European Operations organisation.
* Allocates product between countries, balancing the needs to maximize both revenue and customer service level.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Masters/Bachelors degree ideally, however, relevant experience may suffice.
* Experience and/or education desired in product planning, forecasting, manufacturing
* General business knowledge, focused in high tech industry
* Good understanding of demand/supply balancing, vendor management and forecasting
* Experience level - approximately 10 years (Min 3-5 management experience essential).
