They are currently seeking a Design and Build Manager who will act as a focal point for all design related issues on projects from tender enquiry through to completion. You will be required to oversee the whole design process keeping to tight deadlines and targets within budget along with being responsible for the account of programme, cost and quality. Liaise at all levels, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for holding client meetings, take a lead role in pulling together contractors proposals for tender submission documents.
