Our client now requires a Device Modelling Engineer to be responsible for Spice model development. The role will involve working closely with the process integration team to create and update Design Kit model files. The role will involve working closely with the CAD team as well as interacting with customers.
Required skills include;
-Excellent CMOS device modelling experience
-Strong background in semiconductor device physics
-Spice coding beneficial
-Excellent customer facing and communication skills
-BSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics or equivalent
