Our international client is currently looking for a Device Reliability Engineer to be responsible for the characterization of processes and devices. The role will involve implementing solutions in terms of IC development and modelling of IC devices. Managing projects and developing test structures will also be required.
Required experience will be as follows,
-Strong semiconductor device experience within a high volume manufacturing environment
-Modeling and test experience
-Excellent communication skills (German language required)
-BSc Degree in Electronics, Physics or related discipline
