A leading client now requires a Digital Junior Business Analyst/Project Manager to work closely with the Digital Commerce team to ensure the rapid delivery of change into their Store Platform and processes. The candidate will cover the end to end lifecycle from conception through to delivery. The Digital Junior Business Analyst/Project Manager will manage a portfolio of projects of varying size in a fast changing and high profile area of the business, engaging with all relevant internal & external stakeholders, providing regular status reports and staying on top of risks and issues. The candidate will lead in this area, whilst also providing support to other members of the Projects Team and wider department when required. The ideal candidate will have the following:

- 3 years of relevant Analysis and Project Management experience
- Candidates should have demonstrable experience of delivering E-Commerce products or features
- Candidates must have experience managing business stakeholders and documenting user requirements, preferably as User Stories
- Candidates must have a solid understanding of/previous exposure to Agile software development
- Candidates will preferably come from a digital retail / distribution background, previous experience working on digital supply chain projects is strongly preferred but not essential
- Ability to communicate with business stakeholders at all levels of the organization and with varied levels of technical knowledge
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, and experience in running stakeholder workshops
- Strong influencing skills, ability to handle uncertainty and to drive projects from design to implementation in a collaborative, horizontal structure.
- Experience with process modelling in MS Visio, and managing project timelines in MS Project (or similar)
