Company: Our client is a leading outsourcing company that has in excess of 20 years experience providing IT, Customer service and sales support to their global client base. Their core business is supporting world leading companies to stream line their processes and service offerings. Their European Customer Service & Technical support headquarters is based in Dublin.

Role: As a member of their technical support team you will work on a dedicated project and provide customers with specific information about high-tech devices, hardware and software. This is a varied role that will see you support IT & customer service requests on high quality products and services. You will join the Dutch team in a dynamic and international environment based in Dublin.

Skills: The ideal candidates will be customer oriented with IT knowledge gained in pc, network or helpdesk support. Good knowledge of telecommunications and networking (network access server functionality & troubleshooting). Proficiency with PC workstations, basic software, and applications and familiarity with Internet Explorer and MS Office applications. A good understanding of Databases, Oracle, Linux Console Commands, and SQL is an advantage. Good knowledge of mobile devices and web protocols (SMPP, HTTP), Windows 2000 and XP, and Linux command line environments.

Only native-level Dutch speakers will be considered as this role requires supporting business customers.
