ERP HR & Payroll Team Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR & Payroll officer to join a leading technology company based in East Anglia. The successful candidate must have proven experience / expertise using ERP Oracle E- Business suite.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end HR/Payroll EBS implementations and will liaise with business decision makers and users to create and write functional specifications as well as the following tasks:

- Manage stakeholders in regards to project prioritization, project updates and advise the business on how best to manage its processes within E-Business Suite and payroll areas.
- Manage junior members of the team and provide training when necessary.

Key skills required:

- Diploma / Degree in Accounting and Finance, Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
- Expertise in the full implementation lifecycle of Oracle E-Business Suite.
- ERP Project management experience
- Understanding of PL/SQL or SQL
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word in particular.
- Confident, good organisational skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Key skills desired:

- Knowledge of MS Project
- Knowledge of MSPower Point
- Prince 2 qualification or similar
