An exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales focused individual to join our successful Construction team in our Twickenham office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established, highly profitable business, with an excellent reputation within the industry. You will have an existing client and candidate base to expand upon and the opportunity to build and develop the business further.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record within construction recruitment, someone who is extremely sales-focussed and is driven to succeed. Key responsibilities will include:

* Identifying and developing business opportunities and relationships
* Ensuring our clients and candidates receive a first class service
* Sourcing and attracting candidates, building a candidate database
* Shortlisting, qualifying and interview candidates
* Take Accountability for the management of the whole recruitment cycle
* Compliance and general administration duties
* Achieving core KPI's and sales targets

Comprehensive internal and external training will be given to ensure there is maximum opportunity to achieve your optimum within the recruitment sales industry. Progression to Team Leader level/Manager is achievable within a two/three year time frame.

Benefits:
You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary and a meritocratic bonus scheme. The annual holiday allowance is 20 days plus the additional bank holidays. This allowance increases with length of service and you will also have the opportunity to participate in our flexible benefits scheme.
