Key Tasks:
~ Following up with clients to ensure smooth running of operations
~ Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
~ Independent active searching of the clients
~ Creating database of the clients
Skills and Requirements:
~ 1-2 years of experience in Forex on similar position is a must!
~ High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
~ Native Speaker of Chinese & Korean language
~ Knowledge of specific financial markets
~ Excellent communication skills
~ Excellent listening skills
~ Excellent organisational skills
~ Must be able to work under pressure
~ Knowledge of Customer service principles and practices
