Finance Assistant Responsibilities:
* Management of reports to assist with clients activity and their schedule of works
* Monitoring daily statements of movements on client accounts
* Reconciliation of client accounts and dealing with any queries that may arise
* Dealing with daily transfers of funds
* Manage company clients accounts to ensure there is sufficient balance to cover their agreed minimum rate
* Reconciliation of transactions on clients programmes
* Preparation of clients month end billing to show revenue and expenses, also for reporting purposes of the Company management team
* Month end billing for clients accounting for revenue and expenses
* Month end reporting for Management Team
* Deal with clients queries
Finance Assistant Profile:
* Working towards an AAT qualification
* Some experience in a Finance based role
* Previous experience using accounting software such as Oracle Financials
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
* Highly numerate individual, with excellent organisational skills
* Excellent Microsoft Office skill, especially Excel
* Ability to work well unsupervised
