Head of Finance/Finance Manager- Gibraltar

SRG Europe have been appointed to recruit for a commercially minded and committed Finance Manager/Head of Finance to work for a rapidly expanding and dynamic International Financial Services company with a base in Gibraltar. The Finance Manager/Head of Finance will be in charge of an established team working in a close knit team environment all working with a strong rapport. The Finance Manager/Head of Finance will have expert financial accounting abilities, work well under pressure and are used to working for expanding businesses. Finance Managers Role and Responsibilities:


Close month end accounts for management reviews
Manage the Finance Team (approx. 6 members)
Manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions entirely
Ensure third parties are invoiced promptly and no outstanding payments remain
Client bank accounts reconciled
Customer Funds managed in according with legislation
Diligent management of clients reports in relation to payments and billings
manage disputes and any charge backs that may ensue
Monthly analysis of Income and KPIs across business lines
Maintenance of procedures documentation for all accounting tasks
Internal and external Audit process including Board Annual Report
Quarterly reporting to Regulator and Industry governing bodies
Advise Board as to Capital Requirements
Treasury and Forex Management


Finance Manager Profile:

Qualified ACA / ACCA-CIMA
Experience with US GAAP and UK GAAP
Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Exposure to multi currency and international corporate environments
Good knowledge of Oracle Financials software ideal
Experience of managing a diverse multi-national Team
Proven experience in a Financial Services environment is ideal
