Head of Finance/Finance Manager- Gibraltar

SRG Europe have been appointed to recruit for a commercially minded and committed Finance Manager/Head of Finance to work for a rapidly expanding and dynamic International Financial Services company with a base in Gibraltar. The Finance Manager/Head of Finance will be in charge of an established team working in a close knit team environment all working with a strong rapport. The Finance Manager/Head of Finance will have expert financial accounting abilities, work well under pressure and are used to working for expanding businesses. Finance Managers Role and Responsibilities

* Close month end accounts for management reviews
* Manage the Finance Team (approx. 6 members)
* Manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions entirely
* Ensure third parties are invoiced promptly and no outstanding payments remain
* Client bank accounts reconciled
* Customer Funds managed in according with legislation
* Diligent management of clients reports in relation to payments and billings
* manage disputes and any charge backs that may ensue
* Monthly analysis of Income and KPIs across business lines
* Maintenance of procedures documentation for all accounting tasks
* Internal and external Audit process including Board Annual Report
* Quarterly reporting to Regulator and Industry governing bodies
* Advise Board as to Capital Requirements
* Treasury and Forex Management

Finance Manager Profile:

* Qualified ACA / ACCA-CIMA
* Experience with US GAAP and UK GAAP
* Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
* Exposure to multi currency and international corporate environments
* Good knowledge of Oracle Financials software ideal
* Experience of managing a diverse multi-national Team
* Proven experience in a Financial Services environment is ideal
