Our client is a world-renowned R&D facility who is working on leading edge semiconductor projects. They are now searching for a GaN Power Electronics Scientist to be responsible for the procurement of MOCVD equipment and process module innovation and development of GaN silicon substrates. Interacting with equipment vendors as well as device integration groups will be required as well as engaging with industry and academic teams.
The successful candidate will be PhD degree qualified with a strong patent publication background. Experience within the GaN / MOCVD field will be required as well as a strong semiconductor process skills and knowledge.
Remuneration will include a high basic salary and excellent benefits, including relocation and allowances.
