Role: As the German speaking customer support coordinator;
-Supporting their customers by responding to their general queries professionally and transferring their calls to the appropriate department
-Responsibility for a number of Trade & Partner customer accounts
-Being the main contact between customers and the finance team regarding invoices, credit notes etc
-Maintaining high quality standards when dealing with customer care, to achieve customer satisfaction
-Responding to customer calls, emails and queries in an appropriate amount of time without compromising quality
-Completing call and email logs and reporting to supervisor on trends of customer calls
-Maintaining and updating the customer database and resolving their problems using the computer system

Skills:The skills needed for this role are as follows;
-The ideal candidate must speak fluent German and a good level of English
-Possess at least 1 year`s previous experience in customer service; preferably providing customer support and solutions via calls and emails is required
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
-Experience with SAP R3 is desired
-Basic IT skills such as touch typing/key board skills and the use of Microsoft Office, databases and the internet are required
-The candidate must be educated up to a level (equivalent) or above
