As part of the global customer services team, based in County Durham, the customer services administrator will work within a specified territory or business operation. Providing an order fulfilment process for both internal and external sales; duties will include order acceptance, transportation booking/scheduling, shipment documentation provision and invoice processing.
The successful candidate will be educated at Bachelor Degree level (or equivalent) and fluent in English plus one European language such as French, Spanish, German, Italian, Polish, Hungarian or Swedish.
Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic are essential. With good communication skills (written and oral) and a team player, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate initiative, be computer literate and have outstanding customer service skills.
As we provide support to Huntsman’s customers throughout the world the team is required to work shifts and have a flexible approach to working hours.
