A high profile organisation in Cork with a significant global presence is looking to recruit a HR Manager for their Cork site. This role is part of a progressive, dynamic HR team and reports directly into the HR Director.

The Position

The HR Manager will play a key strategic role in the development of the organisation, from a HR and commercial view point.

From a strategic level, you will be involved in the following areas:

* Employee Relations
* Talent & Performance Management
* Organisational Development
* Training & Development
* Recruitment & succession planning
* Compensation & Benefits
* HR Analysis & Metrics
The Candidate
The following skills/experience is required for this position:

* 6 years+ experience as a HR Manager, preferably from a manufacturing environment
* Highly involved in strategic organisational development
* In-depth exposure to and knowledge of Irish Employment laws
* Degree/Masters qualified in HR, CIPD qualified
* Creative, analytical, professional approach
* An ability to work in a pressurised, target driven, high performing environment
