Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities
To sustain the growth of our multilingual operations in Lisbon, we’re currently recruiting an HR Recruiter to join our team of multilingual recruitment experts. Reporting to the HR Manager, your main responsibilities are:
* Researching job markets across Europe and finding new recruitment sources;
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners such as Embassies, Universities, Chambers of Commerce between others;
* Creating Job ads, and other documents related to HR practices;
* Validating applicants’ language skills;
* Managing local and international recruitment process;
* Managing relocation support from applicants from abroad;
* Executing background checks and making sure all legal requirements and company policies are respected;
* Promoting the role of Human Resources inside the company through professionalism and positive influence at every occasion.

Education
*University degree, preferably in Human Resources.

Experience Target
* Experience in Human Resources area;
* Experience in R&S;
* International experience (preferably).

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
* Fluency in English (mandatory: native level written and spoken);
* Fluency in French or German (mandatory: minimum B2);
* Strong work ethic and high availability;
* Capacity to manage and prioritize tasks with autonomy;
* Good knowledge of MS Office and internet applications;
* Professionalism in presentation, language and behavior;
* Team player who takes initiative and helps others;
* Optimism and positive attitude towards change.
