Our client, a global company providing innovative online FX brokerage services is seeking to recruit an experienced Head of Public Relations in the UK Office/ London.


Job Description:

The Head of PR, who will be reporting to the Director of Public & Investor Relations, will be responsible for:

~ Day to day management of all Communications in the UK and on an international arena. Building meaningful relationships and liaison with targeted media.
~ Daily tracking of all PR activities in hard copy and online media and regular reporting on results.
~ Implementation of financial and corporate communications strategies
~ Maintain and develop the company's corporate profile globally and raise awareness of its business model and product suite to enhance the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns in the market.
~ Researching, preparing, maintaining and distributing excellent press materials
Developing a proactive, strategic communications program
~ Identify and cultivate relationships with new and emerging influentials.
~ Assisting the Analytics team in participating and engaging with the relevant top calibre medias, as well as submitting and tracking their content on a daily basis


Desired Skills & Experience:

~ Experienced operator with proven experience in PR or journalism.
~ Must be a confident, pro-active self-starter and an avid consumer of news able to proactively identify and sell-in commentary opportunities.
~ Experience of planning and implementing global PR campaigns.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
~ High level of initiative and attention to detail
~ Knowledge of social media tools e.g. social media monitoring software
