We're currently recruiting for the vacancy of GENERAL MANAGER on behalf of a prestigious Hospital in the Lancashire region.

GENERAL MANAGER
* The successful applicant will be an experienced manager, able to demonstrate a successful commercial track record as well as strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
* The role entails full P&L responsibility for the business, using management skills to drive the success of the hospital.
REQUIREMENTS
* Relevant qualifications in areas such as finance, business or health management.
* Demonstrable commercial acumen and sound understanding of business principles.
* Experience in change management.
* Proven ability to drive operational efficiencies.
* Ability to motivate, lead and develop senior teams.
* Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and written communication skills.
