Location: Budapest, Dunaharaszti, Dunakeszi, Pilisvörösvár, Biatorbágy, Érd, Gyömrő
12 month part time contract, 3 days a week, €100 per day
- You must speak fluent English and German
- Work as part of a pan-european team, with responsibility for all aspects of Onsite Services in the Budapest Office and second level support for EMEA (Number of users 300+)
- You must have excellent user service and social skills, along with the willingness to help
- Desktop support - IT Technical Support
- You need to have a solid technical understanding, with excellent familiarity of the Microsoft product suite (XP and Win7)
Responsibilities:
- Repair of computers, hardware, and software - Break/fix / at user's desk site & centrally
- Replace computers with new, as part of PC Refresh Programme
- Liaise with vendors to facilitate repair of computers
- Installation of approved software
- Hardware Upgrades and swaps
- Updating of tickets using ServiceNow
- Conduct regular interaction with IT users using expert customer service skills and expert communication skills.
- Resolution of end user's incident and service requests in accordance with Client Services OLA expectations
- Perform advanced incident and problem analysis, troubleshooting, as required to resolve incidents and requests
- Remote support over the phone (resolution end-user incidents)
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Taking notes and compiling technical documentation
- Fluent spoken English and German language skills
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or studying for this
- Excellent working knowledge required of Windows XP and wind7 operating system.
