Location: Budapest, Dunaharaszti, Dunakeszi, Pilisvörösvár, Biatorbágy, Érd, Gyömrő

12 month part time contract, 3 days a week, €100 per day


  • You must speak fluent English and German
  • Work as part of a pan-european team, with responsibility for all aspects of Onsite Services in the Budapest Office and second level support for EMEA  (Number of users 300+)
  • You must have excellent user service and social skills, along with the willingness to help
  • Desktop support - IT Technical Support
  • You need to have a solid technical understanding, with excellent familiarity of the Microsoft product suite (XP and Win7)

Responsibilities:


  • Repair of computers, hardware, and software - Break/fix / at user's desk site & centrally
  • Replace computers with new, as part of PC Refresh Programme
  • Liaise with vendors to facilitate repair of computers
  • Installation of approved software
  • Hardware Upgrades and swaps
  • Updating of tickets using ServiceNow
  • Conduct regular interaction with IT users using expert customer service skills and expert communication skills.
  • Resolution of end user's incident and service requests in accordance with Client Services OLA expectations
  • Perform advanced incident and problem analysis, troubleshooting, as required to resolve incidents and requests
  • Remote support over the phone (resolution end-user incidents)
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • Taking notes and compiling technical documentation
  • Fluent spoken English and German language skills

Qualifications:


  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or studying for this
  • Excellent working knowledge required of Windows XP and wind7 operating system.
