Our client is an award-winning, highly recognised quality house builder with design and build developments throughout the UK. Project prices range from approximately �2 million-�250 million.
About the Role:
Our client require an experienced Buyer of intermediate level to take over duties such as general buying, placing orders with suppliers, checking invoices and securing the best possible project prices. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure and consistently work using initiative and will report directly to the Commercial & Technical Director.
About the Candidate:
- Experience working with a Developer essential
- At least five years experience working as a Buyer
- Hard working with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to work under pressure
