Role: As part of a pan-European Customer Service team you will troubleshoot client queries regarding their products and services.
As an Italian speaking agent you will respond to customer calls and emails and support them on a wide range of issues, escalating when necessary. This is role for a thinker that can answer queries, act quickly and deliver great service.
Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months experience in customer service. A degree, certificate or qualification in Mechanical Engineer or an interest in the automotive industry is an advantage. In addition to a good phone manner and experience dealing with customers you will need to be a fluent Italian speaker.
