Company: Our client is a company that provides business solutions to their clients in order to improve their revenues, customer service and reduce their costs. They now have a vacancy for a Italian Vehicle Mechanic North East UK.

Role: In this role you are responsible for answering dealer enquiries relating to our clients goods and services. You are also required to conduct the following activities;
-Handle Customer contacts, including incoming telephone calls, emails and faxes relating, but not limited to, processing dealer contacts for back-order
-Delivers service excellence by efficiently problem-solving and reacting to dealer situations in a professional, polite and clear manner.
-Accurately log all dealer contacts and tracks contacts using all relevant databases and systems.
-Track queries and respond to them within the agreed timelines in order to manage the dealer network as efficiently as possible.

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess;
-Must possess 3 years automotive technical work experience, gained in a dealership, or mechanic`s work shop
-Database knowledge and experience in order tracking and management.
-Native Italian and fluent English is mandatory
-Strong interest in vehicles and vehicle technology is highly recommended

-Experience in automotive industry is essential

-Technical qualification is desired
