Solution Architect tasks will include design and implementation of solutions according to customer requirements using SCRUM process, documentation of work and management of the project team.
During projects implementation the person will report directly to Project Manager.
The ideal candidate should have a university degree and at least 5 years proven experience in commercial web based projects using Java as well as team management experience.

Pożądane umiejętności i doświadczenie

Strong Java experience
Strong Hibernate and Spring skills
Strong experience with SQL, Oracle and performance tuning databases
Modular testing and TDD experience
Messaging (JMS, TIBCO or MQ)
Ability to manage and lead a technical team
Experience in working in SCRUM
Experience in effective co-operation with Clients
Very good command of English

Nice to have:

Knowledge of SmartGWT or GWT
Experience in working in virtual teams
Knowledge of JIRA tools
Knowledge of
Tibco ActiveMatrix BPM or iProcess
