• Utilize knowledge and collect pertinent information in order to minimize risk and advise other departments on new betting offers
• Increase awareness of the product in lobby forums and make sure that any complaints are dealt with immediately
• Monitoring and adding to content of the site and suggesting improvements
• Assist Marketing & Product Management departments with campaigns and improvements of the product
• Adding new markets for the product in collaboration with programmers
• General support to the Sportsbook & Trading Department
Personal Specifications, Experience & Skills:
• Fluent in verbal and written Italian and English
• Expert in sports betting
• Knowledgeable in the Italian sports betting market
• Innovative and self-disciplined
• Good team-player but also able to work independently
• Quick and detailed on internet research
