Key Account Manager - Yorkshire/Humberside - Oncology/Haematology

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager to work with my client, a leading Biotech, and to manage, build and solidify business relationships in the Yorkshire/Humberside region. The position will focus on and be responsible for my client's Oncology and Haematology portfolio.


Job Title: Key Account Manager / Hospital Account Manager

Location: Field Based - Yorkshire/Humberside territory

Benefits: Above market rate base salary + sales incentives + car allowance + benefits package



Job Responsibilities:

*Identify hospital issues, priorities and funding to identify opportunity for my client's products.

*Identify, target, utilize and build relationships with stakeholders and KOLs to influence the use of my client's products.

*Identify internal resources, people and finances to invest in key accounts


Ideal Candidate:

Someone already in a Key Account Management position would be heavily desirable and someone with therapy area experience is equally sort after. Having a strong network of KOLs, understanding of current product market shares and policy changes both local and national is crucial. Very strong communication skills and effective negotiation skills are a must. A solid track record of experience within Pharmaceutical industry or in relevant NHS commissioning role.
