A leading developer of inspection equipment including metal detection and weighing systems with year on year growth in the region of 15-20% require a Lead Technical Support Engineer - X-Ray to man mange and provide lead technical support within their electro-mechanical equipment development. This role is based in Hertfordshire, commutable from Letchworth, Stevenage, Ware, Cambridge and Bedford, paying Circa. £45k dependent on experience. Exceptional candidates will also be considered outside of this salary banding.

As the Lead Technical Support Engineer - X-Ray you will be responsible for assisting customers with emergency breakdown and installation issues. Assist other departments with detailed feedback of common occurrences with regards to these issues and frequently travel to a given site globally to assist with specific equipment difficulties.

Requirements for Lead Technical Support Engineer - X-Ray will include;
*Established background providing technical support for X-Ray applications
*Exposure to leading small teams
*Understanding of software applications and HMIs
*Willing to travel globally on frequent occasions
