Duties include the following;
1 To generate the firm's marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in formatting ensuring corporate guidelines and brand adherence in all marketing materials.
2 Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, work on briefs for specific firm-wide campaigns from conception to production ensuring deadlines are met.
3 Work with the Office Assistant to instruct and liaise with printers and other appropriate suppliers to ensure the timely receipt of print work.
4 Under the supervision of the Marketing Director assist with the organisation of both internal and external firm events and campaigns.
5 Ensure the timely preparation, approval and dissemination of regular firm-wide updates.
6 Update the firm's internet content, monitoring all PR coverage, including press cuttings and undertaking any web PR research as necessary.
7 Under the supervision of the Marketing Director assist as appropriate with the initiatives outlined in the Business Development and Marketing plans.
8 Work with the Office Assistant to maintain the firm's database, cleansing and amending records as appropriate.
9 Ensure that literature and display stands are visually pleasing and in line with the firm's brand guidelines.
10 To ensure the firm's Office Procedures Manual and the provisions of the Staff Handbook are complied with.
11 To ensure the Money Laundering policies and guidelines are adhered to at all times.
12 To adhere to and support the firm's core values at all times.
13 To carry out any other duties commensurate with this level of position as required by the managing partner or to whom this responsibility is delegated to.
Essential Criteria
* Educated to degree level 2:2 or hold an equivalent qualification, preferably in marketing.
* Be IT literate in all Windows packages, PowerPoint, database management,
* Have some experience of using Adobe InDesign CS3 , Adobe Photoshop CS3 and Quark Express.
Desirable Criteria
* Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a B2B or professional services sector.
* Hold a drivers valid licence.
