OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGER - LONDON - £45K - OPERATIONAL RISK, GOVERNANCE, CONTROL

LEADING FINANCIAL CLIENT is searching for an Operational Risk Manager to join their team in London. The role is an exciting and challenging position where the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Operational Risk frameworks and control processes across our client's global risk team. You will have a track record in operational risk frameworks, risk assessment, control process, governance and risk documentation, ideally within financial services. This role reports directly to the Head of Operational Risk and as such a background in presenting to senior managers/stakeholders is essential.


Salary is £35-45K + bonus, pension and benefits.


This role requires:

-2+ years experience of working in an Operational Risk environment
-Knowledge of financial regulations ie. SOx, FSA governance
-Excellent communicational skills both written and verbal
-Extensive client side engagement


Highly desirable:

-Financial services experience
-Previous experience within an operational risk or internal audit function
-Risk or Audit qualification
