Based in Essex the company are currently recruiting for a therapies manager to run their services, and oversee 8 members of therapy staff. The home has 50 beds and caters for young adults with physical disabilities and neurological conditions.
You will be required to take the lead of running and developing the service, overseeing staff and allocating caseloads accordingly. You will have your own caseload to handle, so you must have a hands on work ethic.

This is a brand new role so they are looking for enthusiasm, leadership by example, good organisational skills, and experience from a team leader level.
To qualify for this position you must have a bachelors in physiotherapy, be currently registered with the HCPC, have proven experience as team leader.
