A fantastic new opportunity to develop power electronics and electric motor drive products for aeronautical applications for a leader in the design of products used in the aerospace industry.
You will have experience of power electronics, motor control and electric motor technologies, as well as knowledge of analogue circuit design including power supplies.
You will ideally possess all or most of the following skills:
`` A degree level qualification
`` Hardware integration and system development
`` Motor control system design with knowledge of motor control strategies eg field oriented control, brushless AC/DC
`` Electronics design for harsh environments (extreme temperatures, vibration levels, etc.)
`` power electronic components (IGBTs, MOSFETs, wound components, capacitors) and their use in high power motor drive systems
