Our client is a high-growth online and mobile igaming company based in Malta that has rapidly become one of the largest online casino game operators in Finland. They deliver multiple online products to a growing number of geographic regions and their existing team is looking for bright and highly motivated individuals to help them get there. They are a data driven business with a strong emphasis on ROI, optimization and business development.
Role
The Product Manager will head up one of the casino brands and operations with full P/L responsibility. The role is to plan, organize, execute and optimize: the development of the product, acquisition and retention, and other daily operations needed to reach the growth targets set for the brand.
The role will involve managing a team of 5-6 online igaming industry talents from web developers to creative staff. You will have support from back office team for customer support, IT and other needed operations. Role will also involve close contact with their partners and media agencies.
One of the objectives will be to launch a new product for the brand and it’s product mix.
Main responsibilities
• Manage the brand’s operations and team
• Plan, budget, organize and execute product development and marketing plans
• Launch new product and deliver acquisition and retention KPI targets
• Continuous improvement of acquisition and retention strategies
• Analyzing and reporting performance of development and marketing plans
• Full P/L responsibility for all products
Experience
• 3+ years experience in online casino and sportsbook operations and marketing
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to analyse data and make recommendations and forecast
• Strong understanding of important KPIs regarding casino and sportsbook acquisition, conversion and retention
• Good knowledge of project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Very good organizational and social skills
• Experience managing a team and excellent leadership skills
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
• Strong MsExcel skills
